Altar workers minister to those individuals who come to the altar for healing, salvation, rededication, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Altar workers personally greet and minister to the individuals with whom they have prayed.

Workers in the book and tape department are responsible for the duplication of audio recordings of all services and special events as well as well as the sale of books, tapes, CDs and DVDs after all services and events.

The Nursery and Children’s Church is where children from 6 weeks to age 12 are taught the Word of God. The teachers use object lessons, games, crafts and special events to teach the children at their level. Together as a team the teachers, helpers and parent helpers work to meet the needs of the childrens' spirit, soul and body.

Workers in the maintenance department are responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the building, providing newcomers and members an environment in which they can serve God to their full potential.

The Media department encompasses all aspects of sharing the gospel with the WNY community at large. The arms of this department include:
Audio
   The Audio department is responsible for setting up and maintaining an excellent quality of sound for all aspects of our church services, special meetings and events.
Video
   Responsible for video taping during all services in preparation for television broadcasts and DVD presentations.
Advertising
   Design newsletters, flyers, announcements, weekly bulletins and the church website.

The Music Department provides an atmosphere where people can worship, praise and be brought into the presence of God. The praise and worship team, choir and band strive to minister to the Lord and to prepare the people to receive the Word of God.

This team of individuals minister to those who visit New Creation Fellowship, receive salvation and are baptized in the Holy Spirit by providing follow-up through home visits and phone calls. They also coordinate our school supply, as well as food and toy distributions to needy families in the community.

Pastoral care workers provide a welcoming atmosphere for our pastors and guest speakers by making all necessary arrangements before, during and after services and events.

Pastor Stephen Andzel combines his military experience with the Word of God to develop men into successful husbands and fathers. His vision is for men to become leaders and providers in their homes in order for God's anointing to be imparted into their families. He has developed the military concept of "Point Men" to instruct men how to become role models for other men who need direction in difficult situations. Through basic Bible principles, Pastor Andzel is helping men become the leaders God intended them to be.

Security workers watch over the church and the people to ensure a safe and secure environment in which to serve, worship and receive the Word of God.

Ushers and greeters assist in many aspects of each service, including greeting all church members and visitors, directing seating, maintaining order during services, administration of offerings, and preparation for communion and baptismal services.

Sister Alice M. Andzel teaches the ladies of New Creation Fellowship from the Word of God how to be the virtuous, capable and intelligent women He created them to be. Her biblical teaching inspires women to achieve and have successful families and to be fulfilled in whatever walk, status or endeavor they find themselves. Various activities include coordinating our Mother's Day Celebration, fashion show, and various outreach events in the ministry.
